Lara Boyd has long been obsessed with the preparation and enjoyment of food. She studied at Glasgow College of Food Technology and Glasgow Caledonian University, combining a career in the Hospitality Industry with Training and Lecturing. Lara is now a part-time College Lecturer and full time mother. She weaned her son Jamie, who was breast fed, straight on to solid, home cooked food and plans to do so with her second child. Meal times are definitely a family experience for everyone to enjoy.
