Gerda Stevenson reads from her acclaimed poetry collection Quines: Poems in tribute to women of Scotland, charting womens' role in Scotland's story from neolithic time to our own (including queens, sportswomen, a fish-gutter, scientists, eg Teneu, Mother of Glasgow and Joan Eardley); Jamie Reid Baxter on 17th-century poet Elizabeth Melville, whose songs Stevenson sings.
