Wigtown Book Festival: Femi Oluwole & Eunice Olumide - How to Be an Activist

  • The Other Tent Wigtown Book Festival Wigtown Newton Stewart DG8 9JH (map)

What does it mean to be an activist in 2019? How do you get your message heard? Femi Oluwole became one of the most prominent figures in the Brexit debate after co-founding the youth-focused pro-Remain campaign group Our Future, Our Choice. He is joined by the model and activist Eunice Olumide, who campaigns for ethical fashion and Zero Waste. They talk about how – and why – to make a difference.

Tickets are £6 Wigwam/free for U26 Wigwam and are available from the Wigtown Book Festival events page here.
